How do I book my face to face consultation?
We will find a time that suits you best for your consultation via your preferred contact method. From experience, I always find it valuable to have a brief introduction over the phone as I do not currently share my online diary.

Step into my home studio, where I am able to provide you with the information you need to transform your look. From showcasing various wig styles to providing detailed brochures, I’ll ensure you have all the information you need to make the perfect choice.

Inclusion details
There is a consultation charge, which includes: up to 90 minutes of a comprehensive session with me and then a subsequent 45-minute fitting appointment (should you wish to order). Please note there is no obligation to buy should we not find a suitable option. If you wish to make an order, a further deposit will be requested at this appointment, which is redeemable against your purchase if you are satisfied with the result.
What to expect
Getting to know you and your needs
Together, we will explore a variety of styles, wigs, hairpieces, and discuss the different fibres, colours and cap constructions available. The goal is to empower you with options that suit your preferences and lifestyle, whether you are seeking a short-term fix or a long-term solution.
Head measurements
Here I will measure the circumference of your head using a soft tape measure to ensure we look at the most suitable wig brands for you. (Unfortunately one size doesn’t fit all)
Explore Brochures & Samples
I can offer you a number of reputable wig supplier brochures for you to browse and us to discuss, along with a selection of hair samples to enable me to match your complexion and for you to feel.
Sourcing your perfect wig
Following the selection of your chosen wig, an order will be placed with an average turnaround time of three-four weeks. I will then contact you to arrange your follow up 45 minute fitting appointment.

Can I bring a friend?
I encourage you to bring a friend or family member along to your fitting appointment. However, it is at your own discretion.
When do I pay for my wig?
Payment is required via card or BACS, payable at the fitting appointment if you decide to purchase.
How long will I wait for my order ?
This very much depends on supply at the time. I am usually able to advise during the consultation. It can be anything from 1- 4 weeks.

Do I have to buy my wig if I do not like it?
There is no obligation to buy. However, the small deposit made will be retained for the cover of the return via special delivery charges and handling.
Do you personlise or style the wig, piece or my natural hair if necessary?
Yes, I have the hairdressing skills to compliment the final look.

Aftercare products and advice.
Advice Inc. in consultation charge
Aftercare should never be an afterthought when it comes to wigs and hairpieces. Just like with regular hair, your wig or hair piece requires a care routine to best maintain, nourish, and store the hair. Proper wig and hair piece care will optimise their appearance and durability.
